• Starlight (built on Astro) for Static Site Generator and Theming

Why?

The website is mostly just content with some light client-side tools used alongside it. Astro provide support for a lot of different frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte, so it is easier to other to bring their own tools.

• Flowbite as UI Library (alongside Tailwind CSS):

Why?

Flowbite provides lots of components for many JS frameworks, Tailwind CSS is helpful for quick inlining of styles.

• GitHub Pages for hosting

Why?

Easiest place to host our website, since that is where our organization is
